There is much to see and do in the area including the RV/Motorhome Hall of Fame museum (Elkhart County is the RV capital of RV related manufacturers and service providers).
Also it is in a large Amish community. See the quilt gardens along the Heritage Trail, and the unique small communities in the area. All are within short driving distances.
Arrive on Monday between 1-4 PM, at Gate 2. Dinner will follow a social hour to meet and greet friends and to begin making new friends. Following dinner, Cahal Dunne who is a seasoned performer as a composer, singer and classically trained pianist will entertain us. Musical entertainment will continue nightly.
On Tuesday, the day will start with a hot breakfast as it will on subsequent days including Friday departure day. Tuesday will include the chapter board meeting and free time for those not attending this meeting although all welcome.
Later in the day there will be a chocolate snack time prior to the general meeting which should be attended by all. Following dinner there will be a professional jazz quartet, the French Quarter who will offer classy, mainstreet jazz for our enjoyment.
Following breakfasts on Wednesday and Thursday, there will be a variety of talks and sessions plus free time. A doggie activity is planned as well as corn hole playing and an ice cream social in the afternoons. Following dinner both evenings, the entertainment is LINK UNION, a family group of vocalists and musicians with a variety of music styles and instruments for two different performances.
