Return to Eureka Springs
By Phyllis and John Slaughter
Eureka Springs a picturesque town with historic Victorian buildings built among the hills in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas.
We had a fun rally there in 2011. The campground will be the same and we are doing some of the same places but, also, doing some different things and places. We will visit Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, take a boat ride on Beaver Lake Basin, tour the underground Eureka Springs, tour the wood and glass Thorncrown Chapel and explore the town via trolley. We will have lunch at Myrtie Mae's who has been feeding the citizens since the 1920’s. Monday we will open with pot luck. More evening meals and activities are planned. Read more about the rally and register at www.region7rally.org
