Chevrolet 3500, 6 Liter V8, 123,000 Miles.
This Roadtrek belonged to my elderly parents. Due to my mother’s illness, they stopped using it in 2017. They lived in Wisconsin, but had relatives in California and Arizona. This vehicle was used to make trips to/from WI/CA-AZ at least annually. It was only slept in during these trips. It has never been to an actual camp ground for long-term occupation. As such, the interior is in stunning condition. The mileage is at least 80% highway miles.
Recent extensive maintenance: New front and rear brake calipers/rotors/pads, 4 new shock absorbers, new spark plug wires/platinum-plugs, new transmission lines/cooler/fittings/pan/gaskets/filter, AC checkup/leak-test/refrigerant, new steering gear, fuel system cleaning, rear differential fluid replacement/pan/gasket, cooling system flush/Dexcool coolant, new blower fan resistor, and filters/fluids as needed. Mechanically, this rig is solid.
Motorhome systems work except the generator, which runs while being started but stops upon release of the start button. Propane tank was replaced with a brand-new old stock unit.
The vehicle is presently in Shingle Springs CA but wears WI license plates (I have homes in both states).
