It is an extremely reliable Chevy 3500 Express chassis, 6L V8 and gets approximately 17 mpg.
We are the 2nd owner and have had it for 8 years. The original owner took great care of it and only used it to travel to Florida each winter. We have also kept it very well maintained and have records. It has been stored inside and has not been driven on snow.
It has a power couch that can be made into a queen bed or made into 2 singles. Included are Reflexis covers for all the windows and a white outside windshield/door cover. AC and heat pump on the Cool Cat and a propane heater. Ceiling fan, cook top, microwave, power locks, tilt, cruise. We've done things to reduce noise. Will include storage perks that we've added
It has 2 AGM batteries, new in 2023. New Bridgestone tires purchased in 2023. We replaced the front brake rotors and pads, which eliminated steering shudder. We replaced the fridge with a Nova Kool. A skid plate was installed under the frame to protect the gravity flow sewer line and the tanks. Nearly all original parts available, 3rd seat, tables, curtains. Awning has been removed and replaced with painted aluminum to cover attachment mounting holes.
It comes with Vizio TV with hookups for cable as well as a DVD/VCR player. Sound system is in the unit but is not connected.
Onan generator has been exercised and works well. Only have used premium grade gasoline per mfg. suggestion.
Two inch receiver hitch with 7 pin RV connection.
The body is in excellent condition and very few cosmetic defects other than the removable skirting has some cracks.
This is a great unit, we have loved traveling in it but have decided to go another direction at this time in our lives. If interested please contact us.
