Vent Cover so Rain Sensor doesn’t shut down Fantastic Van. Onan Muffler Silencer. Viper Alarm Security System w/kill switch – However I am at the moment unable to find the Key Fob – but you can order a replacement online for $12-$17
2 Burner Propane Stove works, light above stove works, the exhaust fan quit working (there is an E-Z Fix for this (sensor) I just did not get around to it, because I mostly cooked outside with the Propane quick connect mounted off the back)
Dometic-3 Way Fridge and only having problems with the Propane – RV tech said it needs a new Gas Orifice as the current one is clogged.
The Toilet/shower area – has installed shut off valve– there is a leak coming from the back of the toilet, have been unable to get my hand back there to tighten it back up- so I flipped the shut off and just pour some water in there when I need to. Toilet works just fine, Shower works great, with upgraded shower wand with quick shut off.
All three tanks (Water, Grey and Black Tanks – No leaks or problems) were cleaned and sanitized, water lines drained and then winterized – Van is currently winterized. (Stored inside in winters)
There is some paint starting to peel on one section of the van (upper part of van just under drip rail (?) On the kitchen side of the van. There is no rust.
The Rear – There is the typical stress cracks on the rear bumper fascia/ground effects and a more substantial one since I bumped into it. I currently have it bungeed up a bit. I looked into it…You can remove it altogether (what I was going to do) or fix it yourself DIY-videos online) or Marine shop/body shop to fix.
Also comes with a binder folder tabbed with the original handbook information on operation, winterization, maintenance, etc. There is also 3 LARGE BOOKS – 3 Part Series for maintenance and repair of the Chevy Van. I would also be willing to share all the additional research and websites I have gathered, including manuals (ex. Generator troubleshooting, etc) and DYI Videos, Tips and Tricks, etc.
