Chevy 210 Popular with about 178,00 miles. We are the 3rd owners and have owned this for 22 years.

We have a binder with the original paperwork for most of the appliances and fixtures, as well as some of the more recent service records.

It passed the Missouri vehicle inspection last year.

We had the muffler, power steering pump and fuel pump replaced within the last 6 months.

It has had regular oil changes throughout its life with us. No other known mechanical issues.

King size bed in the rear or 2 single beds depending on how you want to use them. Two smaller sleeping spaces in the front when the front seats are turned around.

We have a cupboard that can be put in place of the driver side passenger seat. We have never used it ourselves, but we have it stored.

Two options for dining spaces: a small table for use up front and a bigger table for the back

It has a working kitchen faucet and sink, microwave, stove and vent (never used as we always cooked outside), 3-way fridge (one of the freezer door hinges is missing so we used a tension rod to keep it in place).

Working toilet and bathroom faucet and sink. We never used the indoor shower, so everything is intact.

It has an extra water tank with its own pump. Outdoor shower hose also intact. It has a water heater, but we never used it.

 It has a generator that appears to work but we found no need to use this so it may need a tune up. Working carbon monoxide alarm and thermostat.

The original rear AC turns on but does not cool the space well anymore. The ceiling fan works perfectly.

 The paintwork is in good condition based on its age. Some years ago, a pigeon damaged the grille but it remains stable. Very minor rust spots. Some chips and repair work on the fiberglass of the side cargo compartment. Rear hubcaps missing.

Working ladder to reach the roof. We never transported anything on top. Occasionally, water comes in through the side and back doors.

The rubber material may need replacing (we did this 10 or so years ago.) We have a temporary fix that has worked for now, but it may need to be addressed. 

Minor damage to the drainage hose fitting on the driver side due to snagging on pavement. Awning will need to be replaced.

We have the extra California Room that attaches to the awning that we used once. Our Roadtrek was stored in a barn for 15 years and the rest of the time it was covered by tarps when parked.
