We have a lovely 2007 Roadtrek Popular 210 (Chevy 3500 Express extended van) for sale. It's in great condition.
No accidents. It has 99,300 miles. It's fantastic for hurricane evacuation, general use and for holiday travel.
Previous owner installed a new generator and new refrigerator in 2018.
Since purchasing, we’ve put in new coach batteries (2021), 4 Michelin agilis tires (2022), new TV, LED lighting, and recently had the generator serviced.
It is 22 ft long and 9 ft tall. Power sofa bed makes 2 twins or King. Heat pump provides great heating and cooling. It is always under a carport canopy, very well maintained, and we have our maintenance log available.
We have never used the propane tank, stove, furnace and hot water heater, but were in great working order when we purchased it.
There is also some damage to the ground effects in the rear from the previous owner. More pictures upon request.
