Currently the cushions were replaced with a twin memory foam mattress – the original cushions are in storage); a kitchenette with a microwave, 3-way refrigerator, two-burner propane stove; air conditioner; propane heater; hot water heater; compact bathroom with flushing toilet and indoor aisle shower; exterior shower; ceiling exhaust fan; smoke, propane and carbon dioxide detectors; Fiamma awning; Onan generator with 590.1 hours on it; 30 amp power cord; and a 13" NAXA trucker’s 12 V flat screen TV / DVD player wall mounted with moveable arm and strap. It includes a Garmin GPS and backup camera; frame mounted trailer hitch and custom winter storage cover.
Several improvements. LED bulbs; the Big D Stabilizer bar; four Michelin Defender LTX245/75 R16 were installed in 2019; both the house and truck batteries were replaced; and the left and right lower section of the rear side windows were replaced with acrylic kits made by Jack Wood.
Also included is a replacement air conditioner that fits into the space of the factory installed unit for the day working existing AC fails.
